Climate
April in Nashville brings mild spring weather, with daytime temperatures in the mid to upper 60s and cooler evenings in the 40s–50s. Pack layers and a light jacket, and be prepared for the occasional shower.
Dress Code
The meeting dress code is Metro Casual. This means a polished yet comfortable look—jeans are welcome (as long as they are not ripped or distressed), along with neat tops, blouses, or collared shirts. Clean sneakers, flats, or casual dress shoes are appropriate. The goal is to feel relaxed while still looking put together and professional.
